SIDS prevention tips

- Make sure air is circulating in your babies room. A fan can really help with this.

- Make sure your baby gets a fresh source of air. Leaving a window open or the door cracked helps with this.

- If you decide to use bumpers, make sure there is space for air to flow around them.

- Do not use bumpers in playpens.

- Make sure to remove toys and obstructions that might limit your babies ability to breath.

- Consider placing your baby in an inclined sleeping position. Having the head up lets exhaled air slide down to the feet.
